HOW TO USE:

1. Wash your fruit, remove any stones, hard shells, or thick skins, and cut it into small pieces about 15 x 15 mm.
2. Fill about 60% of the cup with fruit and add about 20% water or milk, keeping the total fill at approximately 80% of the cup's capacity.
3. Tighten the lid, turn the bottle upside down, and switch it on. Once the motor starts, turn the bottle upright and gently shake it while blending.
4. Switch off the blender before opening the lid to enjoy your drink. Strain before drinking if you prefer less fruit pulp.
