At Blossom Bottles, we make it easy for you to do your part in caring for the earth by using a reusable bottle, and returning our items is just as simple.
Our bottles come with a warranty: If your order arrives broken or with manufacturing defects, we will immediately send you a new product.
We simply ask that you send us an email and a photo of the damaged product, and you do not have to worry about sending us back the damaged item.
If your item arrives to you in good condition, but you are just not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item by sending it back to us, and you will receive a full refund. 
 
You can return any purchase to us within 30 days of the arrival of your order. Your item must be in original condition, unwashed, and unused. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

How do I start a return?

  • Start by clicking on Returns Center here or at the bottom of the page

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start a Return

  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

  • Send your item back to us, and we will issue your refund as soon as we receive your item
